About your therapist

My name is Christine, I am an experienced level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist based within Resolutions Health and Fitness Gym, Holsworthy. Since first qualifying I have successfully achieved additional qualifications in a number of complimentary massage treatments and pain relief modalities enabling me to tailor a treatment that is unique to you and your needs. 

 A lot of my work involves the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, some sustained through sport and day to day activities but some are as a result of genetic predispositions and structural weaknesses. To compliment this and provide clients with a full range of massage treatments, I also offer relaxing massage options to help reduce anxiety, stress and improve overall wellbeing.

I have a real mixture of clients that benefit from regular appointments - from amateur athletes to builders right through to those who participate in regular hobbies and occasional activities. I also have a number of clients who have more sedentary occupations for instance - work in an office, sat down for long periods using a computer. Whether you are suffering from muscular tension, discomfort from joint pain or chronic conditions, there is a treatment that is right for you.

As a keen sports person with interests in horse riding and running I have experienced sport related injuries as well as back ache, caused by genetic predisposition and aggravated by lifestyle. These have all been effectively treated and managed with regular massage treatments. I have felt the difference that massage can make on my every day life and hope that I can bring that to others.

I am a great believer in the saying 'you are never to old to learn' and so I regularly participate in CPD training in order to keep up to date with all the latest research, theories and modalities for massage therapy so I can deliver the best possible treatments for my clients.​​​​
